Is Dermaplaning for me?
Although dermaplaning is safe for all skin types, this is not recommended to keratosis sufferers, people with undiagnosed lesions, active rosacea or acne, weeping acne (stages 3 to 4), diabetes, auto-immune disorders, fragile capillaries, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, or lupus, or those taking blood thinning medication.
If you are using Retinol, Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, high percentage AHA & BHA, please discontinue using the products at least 1 week prior the service.

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face; No makeup, or heavy oils. Avoid exfoliation 24 hours prior to your appointment.

After your dermaplaning; avoid touching your freshly treated skin with dirty hands, this will spread unwanted bacteria onto the newly exposed skin cells. Avoid Rigorous workouts, saunas or steam rooms for at least 24 hours post facial. Avoid excessive sunlight and tanning beds for at least 24 hours. Your skin is extra sensitive to the UV rays, SPF is your best friend! Moisturize well and frequently.
