Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We truly understand that life happens sometimes, and having to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. We ask that you please give us notice at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Otherwise, we will apply our 3 strikes system, which consists of the following:

Strike 1 (First time): 25% of the service or a $25 flat fee. (whichever is greater).

Strike 2 (Second time): 50% of the service or a $25 flat fee. (whichever is greater).

Strike 3 (Third time+): 50% of the service or a $25 flat fee. (whichever is greater), moving forward, you will have to pre-pay to book your services.

We implement this policy out of respect for our technicians and other clients. By giving last minute notice or no notice, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Your appointment can be moved to later in the day with a 2-hour notice at no cost* This is subject to availability.

If you are late, it is up to your practitioner to perform the service or complete as much as possible.

You have the responsibility of knowing your appointment date and time once it has been booked. GimmeSomeSugar is not responsible for any missed reminders for upcoming appointments.
