Please arrive 10 minutes early for your treatment. We understand that being late is sometimes outside of your control. We promise to always do our very best to perform the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining, however, each treatment will finish on time to accommodate the next client.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
We have made cancelling and rescheduling your online appointment very easy. All services from our regular menu can be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours by logging into your account, then click "cancel my appointment" or "reschedule my appointment".
When an appointment is made with a practitioner they set their time aside to accommodate you and you only. If you need to cancel your appointment by phone please call us at (403) 891-7891 at least 24 hours in advance.
Since we turn away other clients to hold your appointment any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will result in full charges on your account.
Due to the high numbers of late cancellations and no shows we will not make any exceptions to this policy.
BY EMAIL AND/OR TEXT MESSAGE
(For clients that have chosen to 'opt-in' for reminder emails and text messages).Although our automatic reservation system does send out reminder emails 48 hours in advance , email in general is not always reliable. Sometimes emails are late, go directly into your junk mail folder or don't show up at all. All these things are out of our control. We recommend that clients note the date/time of their services through other means because ultimately each person is responsible for the appointment they have booked and cancelling within 24 hours if need be.
