Arriving
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your treatment. This
will give you plenty of time to use the restroom and fill out any
necessary forms. Arriving late
will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be
finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client. Note: If the door to the salon is locked please knock. Sometimes we have to work alone and for safety reasons we lock the door.
We are sympathetic that sometimes being late is outside of your control.
We promise to always do our very best to perform the most
complete treatment possible in the time remaining. But each treatment
will be finished on time to accommodate the next client. Arriving too
late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges
(equivalent deductions from gift certificates). Due to a high number of late arrivals, we regretfully
cannot make an exception to this policy. For this reason we re-comment
that you plan ahead for your appointment. We'll be happy
to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking, etc...
Booking Appointments by phone
When booking by phone you will be asked to provide a valid credit card
or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. Please note that no
charges will be made to your credit card unless you do not show up or provide 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. Upon completion you'll be able to pay for your services with
your choice of Visa, MasterCard, debit or cash. We do no accept American
Express. If
paying with an in-store bought gift certificate, you will be asked to
provide the hard copy after your service.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment please call us at (403) 891-7891
at least 24 hours in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold
your reservation any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or
no-shows) will result in full charges on your credit card or the
equivalent deduction from gift certificates.
Illness
We realize that sometimes a sudden illness (you or a loved one)
can prevent you from giving 24 hours cancellation notice. In this instance your credit card will only be charged only 50%
of your total service (or equivalent deduction from a gift certificate).
Since we are a small appointment-based business,
the above charges allow us to continue
operating our business as usual.
Appointment Reminder by Email and/or Text Message
We offer appointment reminders by email and/or text message on your cell
phone 48 hours in advance. If you opt to receive a text message, please
check to make sure you are subscribed to receive email to cell
phone communications.
Important: Although our automatic reservation system does send out reminder emails
48 hours and 24 hours in advance, email in general is not always
reliable. Sometimes emails are late, go directly into your junk mail
folder or don't show up at all. All these things are out of our control.
We recommend that clients note the date/time of their services through
other means because ultimately each person is responsible for keeping
their appointment and cancelling within 24 hours if need be.
Booking appointments online
Our convenient online reservation system allows you to book appointments
instantly, day or night. Please note that when you book online, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card
or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. Please

After you book an appointment online a confirmation email will be sent to you
within a few minutes. Make sure you print and save this for your
records. If you require, we can email you a duplicate copy. If you do not receive this confirmation your appointment was not booked.
Online Cancellations
We have made cancelling and rescheduling your online appointment very
easy. All services from our regular menu can be cancelled or rescheduled
within 24 hours by logging into your account, then "cancel my
appointment" or "reschedule my appointment".
Cancelling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Our online reservation system will not allow an appointment to be
cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Missed or
forgotten appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you missed
your appointment due to an illness emergency, your credit card will only be charged only 50%
of your total service (or equivalent deduction from a gift certificate).
Important: kindly provide us with an email address
that you check on a regular basis.
If you don't check your email regularly,
we highly recommend that you opt to receive a reminder for your
appointment by text message in addition to email. Simply select "Text Message Reminder" when prompted to do so during the reservation process. It's important to let us know of any changes to your contact information.
